Many places featured on this website are very dangerous and hazardous to your health and off limits to the public.  They are usually full of asbestos, lead paint, and hazardous molds and have rotting floors and a generally unstable structure.  It is very easy to get arrested while being around these places if you do not know where you are going and what you are doing.  Many places have some sort of security or at least watchful neighbors due to the vandals that have done damage to these properties before.  This website does not support or encourage criminal trespassing or vandalism and will not be held responsible for ones own actions after visiting this site.
