Infiltration Level: Very Very easy, but the place is kinda hard to find if you don't know where it is

Background:  This place was hard to find info on.  All I know is that it was a revolutionary war fort that was then redone during one of the world wars and the observation tower is actually a water tower with an observation deck on top.  This place is a lot of fun to go to with a group of people at night.  It gets pretty freaky and makes for some pretty xtreme hide and seek.  Can't be too loud though because the Fort has neighbors.
